What you'll do

• Lead senior housing projects through design and construction phases
• manage scope, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and consultant coordination
• oversee proposals, contracts, and project documentation
• serve as primary client contact
• coordinate with consultants, authorities, contractors, and internal teams
• monitor deadlines, profitability, and quality
• manage billing and reporting
• direct and mentor project teams
• provide technical oversight
• coordinate structural, MEP, and civil disciplines
• ensure code and regulatory compliance
• lead quality control reviews
• support business development and client relationships.
