What you'll do

• Draft and manage discovery responses, subpoenas, and medical-record requests
• organize case files, medical summaries, deposition summaries, and trial binders
• manage attorney calendars, deadlines, court filings, and e-discovery
• coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and court personnel
• assist with trial preparation and hearings, mediations, and trials
• review and summarize medical records and accident reports
• update case-management systems.
