What you'll do

• Supervise and care for assigned residents during the night shift
• implement the program as trained and directed
• support social, academic, self-help, independent living, and other skill development
• respond to trauma-related needs
• maintain a structured, supportive home environment
• coordinate with families, teachers, mental health workers, guardians, and other supports
• transport residents to appointments and activities
• complete paperwork and track residence expenditures.
