What you'll do

• Support supervision of community associates
• assist with customer service, leasing, and marketing
• train, audit, inspect, and report on tax credit requirements
• prepare new and renewal lease paperwork
• recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions
• review resident files and accounting records
• communicate about outstanding balances and support collections
• assist with resident retention, daily operations, rent and deposit processing, occupancy, and budgets.
