Job overview
The Registered Nurse (RN), Medical-Surgical role is onsite in Payson, AZ. Compensation is $55–$57 per hour. The nurse supports adult patients on a general medical-surgical unit. The role provides comprehensive nursing care across varied diagnoses and post-surgical recovery needs. Through assessment, treatment, monitoring, education, documentation, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team, the nurse supports patient safety, recovery, and discharge planning.
What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and unit protocols
- monitor patient condition and intervene or escalate care as appropriate
- provide wound care, post-surgical monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living
- educate patients and families
- document assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record.

Why this role
