What you'll do

• Support residential initiatives, occupancy management, Residence Hall Council liaison work, and departmental projects
• assist with programs, training, and housing events
• respond to emails, schedule meetings, maintain housing records, and update databases
• support students with concerns and roommate conflict mediation
• assist with room assignments, check-in and check-out, and maintenance coordination
• draft and distribute community communications
• assist during peak periods including move-in, orientations, and semester transitions.
