Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Alexandria, VA, with compensation of $24–$25.50 per hour. The technician supports residential properties by maintaining apartments and buildings and responding to resident service requests. Working under the Maintenance Manager, this role troubleshoots and repairs building systems, prepares vacant units for market, performs preventive maintenance, and completes property repairs. Timely, respectful service helps residents and keeps the property in good condition.

Why this role
