What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and air-conditioning systems
• perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups
• identify issues and recommend repair or replacement options
• explain findings and service options to homeowners
• work with air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components
• maintain service records
• follow safety and EPA regulations
• provide customer service and quality workmanship.
