The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator role is onsite in Gypsum, CO, with compensation of $26.18–$48.78 per hour. The position supports the Town of Gypsum’s Public Utilities Department in managing wastewater treatment and discharge.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes
• collect samples, conduct testing, and adjust processes to meet permit requirements
• interpret SCADA data and laboratory results
• operate and maintain equipment
• complete records and regulatory reports
• and support compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires at least a current Colorado Class D Water Operators Certification and includes shifts, nights, weekends, overtime, and an on-call rotation.
