The Caregiver / Care Partner / Aide role is onsite in the Billings metropolitan area, MT. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. Highgate Senior Living’s assisted living and memory care community takes a person-first approach and supports resident independence. The caregiver provides whole-person support that helps residents maintain comfortable, safe, and dignified daily routines. The role includes personal care, companionship, dining support, observation, documentation, and coordination with team members and families.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and purposeful engagement
• support dining, hydration, and basic housekeeping
• observe and report changes in condition and document care
• follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures
• assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques and equipment
• partner with team members and families to honor resident preferences and routines.
