District Manager, Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations

What you'll do

• Recruit, develop, and retain restaurant managers
• coach leaders and support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• conduct restaurant visits, audits, and operational assessments
• ensure food safety, sanitation, health, safety, and employment compliance
• monitor sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• develop improvement plans
• oversee facilities, equipment, and preventive maintenance
• travel up to 65% throughout assigned markets.
