What you'll do

• Coordinate daily schedules for clinical support staff
• maintain nursing duties and cover clinical roles as needed
• manage clinical supply inventory and ordering
• oversee OSHA, CLIA, infection control, safety training, PPE, and bloodborne pathogen protocols
• onboard and train clinical support personnel
• collaborate on clinical policies and procedures
• facilitate communication among administrative staff, clinical teams, and physicians
• participate in staffing decisions, performance evaluations, interviews, and operational planning.
