Product Support Technician, Outdoor Power Equipment

The Product Support Technician role is onsite in Galloway, OH; compensation is $18–$20 per hour. Dawson is a staffing partner connecting job seekers with employers in Central Ohio. The role exists to help customers resolve outdoor power equipment concerns and determine appropriate warranty or service solutions. It contributes by documenting cases, identifying recurring product issues, and sharing trends with Quality, Engineering, and Product teams.

What you'll do

• Diagnose product concerns by phone and email
• guide customers through safe mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• determine warranty eligibility and recommend resolution options
• document customer cases in NetSuite
• handle approximately 70 calls and cases daily
• share recurring product trends with internal teams.
