What you'll do

• Set standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, appearance, and profitability
• recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate department employees
• set goals with the store director and plan schedules and daily work
• order and replenish products
• inspect signage and displays
• handle customer issues
• manage pricing, invoices, bookkeeping, sales analysis, promotions, and inventory
• maintain proper product temperatures and storage
• troubleshoot equipment and coordinate maintenance
• assist in other store areas as needed.
