What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• answer phone calls
• schedule appointments using medical office software
• register new patients
• update records
• distribute forms
• collect patient financial responsibility
• maintain confidentiality
• track insurance verifications, authorizations, and referrals
• handle Workers’ Compensation and Auto claim submissions.
