Senior Registered Behavior Technician

The Senior Registered Behavior Technician role is center-based in Hawthorne, NY. Pay is $23–$27 per hour. What you'll do

• Train and guide new Behavior Technicians
• provide center-based one-to-one ABA services
• maintain documentation, data collection, and reporting
• assess clinical competency and address training gaps
• facilitate in-person and virtual onboarding
• provide real-time feedback and coaching
• participate in team meetings and professional development
• ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
