What you'll do

• Assist attorneys with corporate, business, and transactional matters
• manage entity formations and public filings
• draft governance documents
• prepare and organize legal documents and correspondence
• conduct research
• support mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions
• communicate with clients and third parties
• maintain corporate records and files
• assist with data rooms and due diligence
• monitor deadlines and regulatory filings.
