What you'll do

• Travel to customers’ homes
• diagnose heating and air-conditioning issues
• repair air-conditioning units, heat pumps, and indoor air-quality equipment
• perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• explain service and replacement options and equipment use to homeowners
• maintain digital job records
• follow company guidelines and safety standards
• manage a service route independently.
