Sales Coordinator

Job overview

The Sales Coordinator role is onsite in Neptune City, NJ, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour and a stated 40-hour workweek. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America. The coordinator supports the inside sales team by managing customer orders, quotes, documentation, and communications from start to finish. The role helps keep order activity organized, customer requirements addressed, and sales and operations partners informed; it does not involve cold calling.

What you'll do

• Manage purchase orders, change orders, certifications, and order files
• maintain customer documentation and portals
• serve as a day-to-day customer liaison
• support quotations and application/specification reviews
• provide order status updates and help resolve issues
• maintain open-order and bookings reports
• coordinate with manufacturer representative groups and regional partners.
