Service Technician — Aspire at Onion Creek

What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders and routine upkeep
• diagnose and repair defects
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including inspections, vendor coordination, repairs, and quality checks
• track maintenance supplies
• document service requests
• maintain grounds and common areas
• support cost control
• participate in safety meetings and property inspections
• respond respectfully to residents’ maintenance concerns.
