What you'll do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners
• carry out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate
• respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, residence areas, grounds, parking, and perimeter locations
• monitor access and verify authorized entry
• document observations, incidents, and patrol activities
• provide directions and general assistance.
