PDU Cables Production Lead, 5:00 AM Start

The PDU Cables Production Lead role is onsite in Hopkins, MN, with a 5:00 a.m. start. Compensation is $30–$34 per hour. PDU Cables produces power cables and power distribution units. This working lead assigns and coordinates daily production work while assembling cable orders alongside production employees. The role supports safe, accurate, on-time production by training staff, monitoring workflow and quality, maintaining tools, and helping the team meet customer and company requirements.

What you'll do

• Assemble cables and assign daily work
• ensure orders meet quality standards, specifications, and due dates
• assist with production staff supervision when the supervisor is absent
• update production schedules
• train employees
• communicate and enforce policies
• monitor staffing, hours, and overtime with the supervisor
• verify sales orders
• maintain tools and equipment
• test cables as needed
• maintain safety standards
• support process and quality improvements
• coordinate employees and assist with special projects.
