What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, positioning, transfers, and ambulation
• follow individualized care plans and nursing standards
• observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• communicate with nurses, residents, families, and team members
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• document care
• follow infection-control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
