What you'll do

• Execute deli and bakery policies and procedures
• merchandise, price, stock, sell, receive, and store products
• scan out waste
• assist guests with recommendations, product locations, requests, special orders, and catering
• ensure prepared foods meet specifications
• oversee department operations in the manager’s absence
• provide input on associate performance and department conditions
• communicate with other functional areas
• build relationships with guests, vendors, and associates.
