The Construction Project Manager, Building Management Systems role is onsite in Charleston, SC; compensation is not specified. The role organizes and controls project elements and progress, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, billing, installation quality, commissioning, and closeout so projects are completed and handed over effectively.

What you'll do

• Organize project documentation, timelines, commissioning workload, and schedules with operations, engineering, and programming teams
• hire and direct electrical subcontractors
• order materials and coordinate deliveries
• support project billing
• communicate progress, deadlines, and change orders
• coordinate startup, commissioning, closeout, service turnover, and owner training
• review labor costs and enforce safety and installation quality
• travel to job sites as needed.
