What you'll do

• Wash and provide clean dishes and silverware
• clean inside and outside areas, restrooms, parking lot, trash and back dock
• organize the utility area and follow the duty roster
• follow local health department laws
• stock cook, line, and server areas with glasses, silverware, and dishes
• report equipment and facility problems to the Manager
• follow just-in-time delivery responsibilities.
