What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by machine or by hand
• maintain the dishwasher and report mechanical problems
• monitor wash-cycle water temperature
• replenish detergents and cleaning supplies
• store clean tableware and equipment
• maintain clean kitchen work areas and food-preparation areas
• sort and remove trash
• clean garbage cans and floors
• coordinate with coworkers and fill in where needed to support guest service.
