What you'll do

• Communicate non-directively about options and make referrals based on patient needs
• support clinic opening, closing, maintenance, and cleanliness
• answer phones, schedule appointments, provide referrals, explain and collect fees, and enter patient information
• maintain records and lab results
• interview patients and provide education
• assist providers
• perform phlebotomy and specified laboratory duties
• keep the medical office stocked and clean.
