What you'll do

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth
• coordinate staff assignments, transportation, and supervision needs
• ensure routines, schedules, treatment guidelines, and care plans are followed
• lead shift-change meetings when the Shift Supervisor is absent
• administer medications under agency protocols and maintain logs
• document daily activities and incidents
• support structured programming and life-skills activities
• use trauma-informed de-escalation and crisis support
• coach staff in care practices.

Why this role
