What you'll do

• Keep the team and station in a safe, clean working environment
• maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen
• communicate clearly and help throughout the restaurant
• prepare fresh ingredients
• store food and other items properly
• stock and restock at the beginning and end of shifts
• set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
• work across kitchen areas including stretch, topping, expo, appetizer/salad, dish room, and prep stations.
