• Prepare and verify tuition statements, enrichment charges, and approved adjustments in Procare
• reconcile billing with enrollment agreements and changes
• monitor past-due accounts and communicate with families
• prepare and verify subsidy claims
• compare claims with attendance and enrollment records
• investigate discrepancies
• review designated payroll spreadsheets and benefit invoices
• prepare billing summaries and reports
• maintain confidential financial records
• collaborate with the Enrollment and Family Partnerships Manager.
