What you'll do

• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers
• assist with feeding and provide water and nourishment
• provide bedpans or urinals, bathing, skin care, hair care, and oral hygiene
• assist with dressing
• collect specimens and measure intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe residents and report changes or unusual findings
• maintain records and follow facility policies and safety procedures.
