The Associate General Counsel, Product Regulatory role is onsite in New York, NY, with a base salary range of $177,000 to $237,000 per year. CoreWeave’s Legal and Government Affairs team partners across the company to support responsible innovation and growth. This role establishes and leads the legal framework for product design, review, approval, launch, and operation in a changing global regulatory environment. It advises senior leaders and cross-functional teams, translates legal requirements into practical controls, and leads responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and investigations.

What you'll do

• Lead product regulatory governance and legal reviews across the product lifecycle
• assess regulatory risks and recommend controls and launch conditions
• partner with Product, Engineering, Privacy, AI, Security, Commercial Legal, Supply Chain, and Global Operations
• monitor and operationalize relevant U.S. and international laws
• lead regulatory inquiries, audits, and investigations.
