What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees
• carry out security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of shopping center common areas, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter
• observe and report unusual activity, hazards, damage, access concerns, and policy violations
• respond to incidents and critical situations
• maintain daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs.
