What you'll do

• Interview and orient clients and collect intake information without making treatment recommendations
• maintain case files and provide case status information
• confer with supervisors and team members
• collect and maintain data for grants and programs
• provide community liaison services as assigned
• orient clients to the agency
• provide individual or group counseling to support case-management goals
• teach alcohol and drug education classes
• and collect and document urine specimens according to agency procedures.

Why this role

Requires a related bachelor’s degree and two years of full-time experience in mental health or addictions treatment, or certification as a Florida addictions professional. An alternative experience pathway is also described; staff training participation is required.
