What you'll do

• Process, enter, verify, and distribute medication orders in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines
• assess medication therapy for safety, efficacy, and cost effectiveness
• review prescribing for indication, dose, route, frequency, allergies, duplication, and interactions
• analyze medication utilization reports
• perform quality assurance
• participate in clinical rounds and medication management activities.
