First-Shift Assembly Associate

The First-Shift Assembly Associate role is onsite in Columbus, OH, working Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay is $22 per hour. The role supports assembly operations in a data center environment. The position contributes to production goals by assembling and preparing data center equipment and components according to work instructions and quality standards. It also helps maintain safe, organized work areas and identifies defective components for supervisor review.

What you'll do

• Assemble data center equipment, components, frames, racks, and related hardware
• follow work instructions, diagrams, and specifications
• use hand and power tools safely
• install and secure components
• inspect assemblies for fit, alignment, and quality
• report damaged or defective components
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• follow safety procedures and work with the team to meet production goals.
