What you'll do

• Lead constructability reviews and system analysis
• build client and stakeholder relationships

• maintain the opportunity pipeline in the company CRM
• assist with project schedules
• complete quantity take-offs and estimates
• prepare conceptual budgets
• solicit and manage manufacturer and subcontractor pricing
• develop project proposals
• coordinate project handoffs with engineering, project management, and field teams
• support construction teams with technical expertise and problem resolution
• participate in project meetings
• maintain project documentation
• identify opportunities for additional services.
