What you'll do

• Partner with Distribution Operations and local leaders on workforce and talent strategies. Provide HR generalist support across recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee development. Develop workforce plans
• coach supervisors on policies, corrective action, documentation, and employee relations
• manage employee relations matters with HR leadership and Legal
• use HR data and feedback to identify retention opportunities
• and support employment law, compliance, investigations, interviewing, and selection requirements.
