What you'll do

• Plan regular and modified menus
• follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• oversee meal preparation and taste completed meals
• train kitchen staff in food preparation, equipment use, food safety, and sanitation
• maintain cleaning and equipment schedules
• manage food and non-food inventory
• comply with health, sanitation, and safety requirements
• attend departmental meetings and staff development programs.
