What you'll do

• Maintain a reduced caseload of Attorney for the Child appeals and Family Court cases
• provide legal counsel and representation in assigned proceedings
• draft and review pleadings and motions
• interview clients
• conduct investigation and legal research
• represent clients in hearings and appeals
• review social worker and support staff work
• coordinate case assignments and coverage
• mentor, train, and manage staff.
