Customer Delivery Manager — SaaS Implementations

What you'll do

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live
• understand customer needs and define solutions using the SaaS platform
• configure systems to customer requirements and best practices
• deliver customer training and enablement
• resolve customer challenges
• collaborate with Product, Research and Development, Support, and other teams
• identify improvements to implementation and customer experience.
