What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures and policies
• respond calmly to incidents and disturbances
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas
• monitor access and verify authorization as directed
• document visitor activity, incidents, and observations
• communicate with facility personnel and emergency responders and escalate concerns appropriately.
