Device Repair Technician II

Job overview

The Device Repair Technician II role is onsite in Vancouver, WA. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The technician supports the repair department by diagnosing and restoring equipment and devices while maintaining quality, documentation, and timely completion of repair work.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
• disassemble, clean, repair, or replace components
• reinstall and configure software
• test equipment after repairs
• document troubleshooting and resolutions
• prioritize work based on inventory and operational needs
• maintain repair procedures and department documentation
• assist with training Technician I employees as directed
• and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Why this role
