What you'll do

• Grow Environmental Services in the Greater Los Angeles Region
• build relationships with public agencies, municipalities, utilities, and private clients
• oversee project delivery, technical quality, budgets, and schedules
• lead pursuits, proposals, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations
• guide teams on CEQA/NEPA compliance, permitting, biological and cultural resources, air quality, and noise
• represent Psomas in professional organizations, conferences, and community engagement.
