Job overview
The Daycare Closer role is onsite in Murfreesboro, TN, Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with compensation of $13–$15 per hour. Little Legends Learning Academy seeks to maintain a safe, happy, and clean environment for children at the end of each day. The closer supervises and engages children, supports classroom routines and hygiene, communicates with parents at pickup, and completes cleaning and closing procedures. The role helps ensure children are safely cared for and the center is ready for the next day.
What you'll do
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
- maintain a safe classroom
- follow Tennessee childcare regulations and center policies
- assist with snack, cleanup, routines, and hygiene
- clean and sanitize classrooms and shared areas
- complete closing checklists
- communicate with parents
- verify authorized child release
- report incidents
- secure the facility.
