What you'll do

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• manage case files, calendars, and deadlines
• review medical records, bills, and liens and assist with lien reductions
• coordinate depositions, mediations, and settlement packages
• support trial preparation
• communicate with clients, courts, providers, and opposing counsel
• ensure compliance with Virginia court rules and e-filing requirements.
