Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Follow up with leads and referrals
• conduct consultative sales and make product recommendations
• maintain a qualified-lead database
• prepare estimates and follow up
• communicate order status and production schedule changes
• execute marketing activities
• maintain the retail environment
• assist with reports, invoices, and paperwork
• resolve customer satisfaction issues
• answer phones and assist customers at the front counter.
