What you'll do

• Attend clinical, staff, and supervisory meetings
• contribute to treatment plans and case reviews
• maintain client records and shift progress notes
• promote clients’ dignity and civil rights
• support activities of daily living and meaningful choice
• respond safely to emergencies
• provide case management, outreach, and advocacy
• build supportive relationships
