The Forward Deployed Architect – Customer Success role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $100,000–$140,000 per year plus equity. SketchPro develops an AI copilot for architects and engineers that accelerates construction documentation. The role helps architecture and engineering firms move from pilot use to adoption in daily workflows, while measuring value and supporting conversion to enterprise contracts. It connects customer experience and product feedback, helping firms use SketchPro on real projects and giving the product team structured insights for improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead group and individual onboarding tailored to firm size, discipline, and usage goals
• coordinate installation and IT setup
• guide firms toward activation milestones
• track adoption metrics and usage health
• conduct user follow-ups and in-person workshops
• maintain weekly office hours and produce usage recaps
• activate internal champions
• run discovery and demo calls
• connect pilot feedback to commercial cases and ROI
• create demo videos and educational content
• support outreach, referrals, and external visibility
• deliver structured product feedback to engineering.
